As any good Alexisonfire fan i of course had to chck out Moneen cus the guys have a serious hard on for each other. It might have something to do with being from Canada, or something to do with their comparable dueling guitar styles. However don't go into this record expecting the heavy screaming of George Petitt, these guys are more about melody and harmony. Borrowing the fast pace drumming style of Jordan Hastings, this record explodes right out the gate with Don't Ever Tell Locke. Best fucking Moneen record hands down, check it out.
