First they had the good sense to take their name from (in my opinion) one of the greatest novels of American Literature. Secondly they had the nerve to write songs using drowning in the great "human manifesto" and lyrical content becoming of an intellect and not a 5th grader. Then they had to go and be a bunch of talented musicians and a group of guys who genuinely love music?
Here is an album that never falls into the cliche of sounding like one giant 30 minute song, and a band that never ceased to switch it up on their fans. Damn entertaining, solid West Egg material.
sounds like: Further Seems Forever, Silversun Pickups, Refused
Woosh.
